Chando currently lives in New York City. Chando studied at Manhattan College prior to becoming an actor. Chando was the very first Maddie Coleman of the television soap show As World Changes. She played this role from 2005 until 2007, and again for a period of time towards the end of 2009. Alexandra began her acting career in 2002 on the TV series House Blend playing the character of Jenna Harper. After three years she played in the American soap opera on TV that aired at CBS, As the World Turns as Maddie Coleman. Chando was also cast as an actress on a documentary series for television in America, True life, and appeared in Sherri. Also, she acted as Annabelle in two episodes Glory Daze, an American comedy and drama television show. Other TV credits include Castle, Hindsight Dead People and Outcast.
