Molly, who was raised in Pennsylvania, began performing professionally in Philadelphia at Prince Music Theater at 13 years old. Her first performance was The Snow Queen. Her nomination was for one of the Barrymore Award nominee for her role of Little Red Ridinghood at the Arden Theater's production of Into the Woods. After making her Broadway debut, at just 15, she reprised this role and won a Drama League Award. Molly was in the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof (2004). Molly then went to Princeton University where she was a member of the Triangle Club and graduated in 2008 with the degree of a B.A. in Religion. In the same time frame, she made her debut as Wendy Greenhut in Disney's College Road Trip. Molly was able to begin her professional career after graduation with Off-Broadway productions such as End Days and The Wonderful Maladys on HBO Pilot. Molly has performed in many regional plays, among them The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee by Barrington Stage Company in 2008 and the North Shore Music Theater's 2010 The Diary of Anne Frank at Westport Country Playhouse in which Molly played Anne. Molly was most famous for her character Ali in Paranormal Activity 2 and for the ABC comedy Last Man Standing written by Jack Burditt, starring Tim Allen.
